Around 75 students attended the program of class 7 and 8 in the school. This time the program was conducted by splitting the students into two teams and they were handled by two different groups of members. The schedule was to teach the students about basic of computers. The response by the students was pretty good as few of them knew about the computers being Bangalore kids. There was no facility for hands on which stopped us from giving them touch of the computers. The program was followed by a short meeting where future prospects of the organization were discussed.

To mark the first anniversary of Parinati Foundation we conducted the Basic Computers Program at Govt Higher Primary School Ittamadu, Bangalore. This is also our maiden workshop in our home ground Bangalore. The program was attended by about 100 students who were distributed students of class 6th, 7th and 8th of the school. Even though the school is in Bangalore the knowledge about computers among the students was not to the level as you would expect but students were enthusiastic enough to know about computers, internet and their different applications. The theory session was followed by hands on at their own computer class room. To betoken our anniversary we also distributed notebooks, pencils and sharpeners to all the students who attended the program. Also our team which conducted the program was much bigger this time with some guest appearances.

The programme where we expanded our playing area. We conducted the Basic Level Workshop in Kannada. The workshop was attended by around 100 students. Our programme was well received by the school authorities. The teachers had exceptional desire to educate the pupils. This programme saw us sponsoring three students until their plus two from the coming academic year. We are in touch with the concerned parties.

It holds the distinction of receiving our programme the best. We conducted the Basic Level workshop in Kannada. The workshop was attended by a whopping 700 students. The students knew what a computer was but were obfuscated in certain areas. We tried to bridge this gap and satisfied them fairly. The staff was extremely enthusiastic.

Our first programme in Kannada medium. The workshop we conducted was the Basic Level. The students had barely heard the term - Computer. The workshop was attended by around 150 students. The programme served its purpose as the students were able to explain the computer architecture well.
